Recover from Trauma. Heal the Body, heal the Mind.

Our customized programs for women’s recovery and wellness benefit those who are seeking a deeper understanding of co-occurring mental health issues, traumas, bipolar disorder and depression, anxiety, and lack of energy/vitality.

Our integrated holistic treatments for mental health do not require compliance to any one theoretical model or method of treatment. Each patient is evaluated with a full psychosocial and interpersonal assessment prior to treatment to determine a personalized approach to their recovery plan.

Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) sends cues of safety through specially filtered music. SSP engages a system of muscles and nerves that support social engagement, stimulating the vagus nerve. This opens the door for other therapies to become more accessible, impactful and accelerated. Connected by the vagus nerve, the state of our autonomic nervous system can influence how we feel, think, and behave. This connection is explained by Stephen Porges, Ph.D., whose Polyvagal Theory is widely accepted as a neurobehavioral scientific breakthrough and has revolutionized our understanding of the body’s response to stress and trauma

Compassionate Inquiry Therapy is a therapeutic approach that focuses on self-awareness and self-compassion. “The purpose of the Compassionate Inquiry is to drill down to the core stories people tell themselves – to get them to see what story they are telling themselves unconsciously; what those beliefs are, where they came from; and guide them to the possibility of letting go of those stories, or letting go of the hold those stories have on them … That’s what Compassionate Inquiry is.” ~ Dr. Gabor Maté

Brainspotting Therapy locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. Brainspotting (BSP) was discovered in 2003 by David Grand, Ph.D.
